Tax litigation representation

During our tax litigation activities, we represent taxpayers in the judicial review of tax authority decisions in administrative proceedings following decisions of the tax authority in tax proceedings, in cooperation with our partner law firm.

Our tax litigation services include:

• bringing actions against second instance tax authority decisions,
• Supreme Court review of court decisions in tax litigation, and
• preparing requests for advance rulings for the European Court of Justice.
