The founder of the RSM group with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and the domestic and international taxation of medium-sized companies and multinational conglomerates. In addition to leading RSM, he is actively involved in the design of Hungarian and international tax structures, private wealth planning and corporate restructuring. He is a member of the Presidium or Supervisory Board of a number of organisations.
Zsolt Kalocsai's professional work and management successes have been recognised by several professional awards. Zsolt was named CEO of the Year and RSM Hungary Zrt. was named Financial Service Provider of the Year at the CEO Awards Hungary 2021.In 2022, RSM Hungary won the top prize in the medium-sized company category of the Joint Venture Association's "Companies for the Future".In 2023, Zsolt Kalocsai was awarded Hungary's most prestigious leadership award, the Leader Of The Year prize, in recognition of his outstandingly successful career.
As to the structure of the tax regime, the tax package of 2014 contains changes much less significant than the similar packages of the previous years. Still, 31 legal regulations will be amended from the beginning of next year to implement the details of the new rules.
