Végvári Tamás is a qualified attorney-at-law and tax consultant. He joined RSM’s tax advisory team in 2022, but he has been working as a tax consultant for more than 15 years. He started his career at the tax authority, where he was involved in second instance tax decisions and represented the tax authority in court proceedings. He performed these tax authority functions initially as an officer and later as a deputy head of department. His main areas of expertise are tax audits, tax representation and VAT-related issues, but he has also gained practical experience in other tax areas.
As of 1 July 2023, the Hungarian Vocational Training Act further simplified the rules for training the company’s own employees, providing social contribution and tax benefits, as well as labour law and administrative relief for employers registering as dual training providers.
