Bálint is the head of RSM Legal | Szűcs and Partners.
As a lawyer and a tax advisor, he is actively involved in legal and taxation issues affecting companies. In addition to corporate income tax, value added tax and stamp duty issues, he mainly assists our customers in the legal and tax risk due diligence of groups of companies, the design and implementation of corporate structures, divestments and acquisitions and wealth planning matters.

Owing to his wealth of experience accumulated during advisory assignments for a number of hydrocarbon exploration companies operating in Hungary and abroad, he is an expert in specialised mining and energy sector issues.
